NSC3 For Public Safety -- Know the Situation. Succeed in Critical Operations.
Command staff can make faster decisions when they see what officers in the field see. This short video from Modirum Platforms follows a public safety incident from first alert to coordinated resolution with M COREMOTE NSC3™. Watch the video to see NSC3 in action.
What is NSC3 and who is it for?
NSC3 is a mission-critical collaboration platform from Modirum Platforms, built for public safety and law enforcement teams managing complex or fast-moving incidents. It helps police forces and supporting agencies reimagine situational awareness by bringing together live video, location data and communications into one shared operational picture.
Instead of relying on voice calls alone, NSC3 connects patrol units, command rooms and partner agencies in real time so everyone sees the same information as an incident unfolds. This shared view helps teams respond faster and more consistently, from the first alert through to coordinated resolution.
How does NSC3 improve situational awareness in the field?
NSC3 improves situational awareness by turning multiple data sources into a single, shared operational picture that everyone can act on:
- Secure Push-to-Talk (PTT) across smartphones, body-worn cameras, dash units and drones – on any device, any network – so teams can coordinate without being tied to one radio system.
- Real-time location tracking with one shared map for every unit, giving command and field teams a clear view of who is where at any moment.
- Live video streaming directly from the incident so command can see what officers see, in real time.
- Valor AI detection that automatically flags objects and events of interest, helping teams focus on what matters most as situations evolve.
- NSC3 LiveLink, which can turn any witness into a live video source in a single tap, with no app required, expanding visibility beyond official devices.
Together, these capabilities help agencies reshape how they manage critical operations, moving from fragmented updates to a shared, data-driven view of the situation.
How does NSC3 support security, evidence, and multi-agency operations?
NSC3 is designed to support both operational coordination and post-incident needs such as investigation and legal processes:
- Joint operations and interoperability: NSC3 enables true cross-agency collaboration, so police, supporting public safety teams and other partners can work from the same information set during an incident.
- Tamper-proof recording: All communications and media can be recorded with AES-256 encryption, helping protect data integrity.
- Full chain of custody: NSC3 maintains a complete record suitable for investigation and legal use, supporting evidence handling requirements.
By combining secure communications, encrypted recording and structured custody of digital evidence, NSC3 helps agencies rethink how they coordinate and document critical operations from start to finish.
